We have an array of exciting concerts lined up for you this season, and our dear friend, GRAMMY® Award-winning pianist Geoffrey Keezer is starting off the season.

A former child prodigy, Keezer has worked with jazz legends including Art Blakey, Ray Brown and Wayne Shorter, duetted with Chick Corea, recorded with Diana Krall and toured with such popular figures as David Sanborn, Chris Botti and Sting. Chick Corea described Keezer’s playing as “beautiful” and his compositions as “very inspiring”. His skills as an arranger have enhanced the SNJO’s concerts with stirring adventures in sound and harmony over the past twenty years.

Alongside Keezer’s own compositions, we will hear his unique arrangements of the music of Charlie Parker, Wayne Shorter, and John Coltrane.
