When Kurt Elling sings with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra in May, he’ll be celebrating not only the centenary of Frank Sinatra and the twentieth anniversary of the orchestra itself, he’ll also be celebrating his fifth return to the city where he studied as a young divinity student, Edinburgh.

The Scottish National Jazz Orchestra (SNJO) celebrates its twentieth anniversary in adventurous style by extensively touring Scotland’s north and west and travelling out to its island communities. From Islay to Arran and then on via  Shetland to Mull, Skye, South Uist, Lewis, Ullapool and Inverness, they will be joined by their special guest Eddi Reader
